In an on-line circle of women - using color, canvas, story, and intention
we will explore the inner Mentor - the self that longs for our greatest expansion.
No prior painting experience necessary - just a willingness to play and have fun!
Delve into the mystery of who you are - who your mentor is.
Using intention and guided meditation we will begin our exploration of the Mentor within.
We will use intentional layers of color, paint, symbols, guides, and stories to seduce our Mentors into form onto the canvas.
Our final piece will be an alchemical image that represents the Mentor within, a talisman that literally vibrates with the essence of you and your Mentor.
We will gather in an intimate on-line community of women and explore our inner wisdom. Exploring the self that guides you to your greatest expansion. The one that is for your growth and development.
Saturday October 31, 2020 - 9am - 1:00pm - Opening Red Thread Circle, Introductions, Story and Sharing, Guided Meditation, Intentional Creativity Painting, Lunch break, More Painting and Gathering in Community.
Sunday November 1, 2020 - 9am to 1:00pm PST, - Circle, Intentional Creativity Painting, Writing and Sharing, Story Telling, Message from Mentors, Closing Circle.

The mentor - your best counsel - knows you have a destination, but will not give you a map. The Mentor knows that for your souls expansion you must find your own way.

Simply stated, Intentional Creativity is creating with an intention for a desired outcome or exploration.
That isn’t to say that we know what the outcome will be, often we are surprised and delighted by what has been revealed and discovered through the process.
Intentional Creativity is not about being a talented painter or creator, it is about allowing for self expression and allowing the unconscious to become conscious. We are painting our formless insides into form on a canvas.

I love the power & beauty of the creative process. Through creativity we are able to transform & step more fully into our greater selves. I love when women come together to create, build community, explore possibilities, laugh, and share the stories that are our lives. I paint, I dance, I make up stories. Sometimes, I do them all at the same time. Truth be told, my best work is when I do do them all at the same time. I see magic in the everyday. The colors in a sunset, the sound of crickets chirping on a warm summer evening, and every time I look up at the stars, my “10 year old self” is amazed that there is NO ceiling! I believe - Magic happens when women gather.
