An Intentional Creativity Workshop.
We will journey into the heart. Look at the places within our heart that we block for love and those places where we throw the door wide open and allow her to come rushing in. We will write love letters to ourselves, dance, share our longings on love and being beautifuly broken open. We will create an anatomical exploration of the heart - layer by layer, chamber by chamber, vessel by vessel. We will journey into our imagination, sit in our hearts and serenade ourselves whole.
Come gather with other curious, brave, travelers of the heart.
No prior painting experience needed - just a willingness to get messy, explore, and have fun.

1. Candle or vase of flowers to create a sacred space for magic to happen.
2. Journal and favorite pens, markers or crayons.

6. Space where you can work uninterrupted.
7. Wifi access - zoom link will be sent to you after registration.
